How long does delivery take?
Once order is made we will dispatch your flowers for next day delivery.
Can I request a specific date for delivery?
Yes! If you need your bouquet delivered for a specific date, we can get it delivered for you on that day. Please ensure to give us a 1 week notice period before said date.
How will I know my order has been delivered?
With all orders placed for delivery, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you track every move of your order, once shipped.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bouquets. When ordering please ensure you request the correct item. Once order is made, we are unable to change it.
Can I make last minute orders?

Can I customise my order?
Yes, we offer customisation options for our bouquets. Please contact our customer support team on instagram or email us to discuss your specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long do your flowers last?
The longevity of our flowers depends on various factors, including the type of flowers and how they are cared for. On average, our bouquets can last anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks when properly cared for.
How should I care for my flowers?
To ensure the longevity of your flowers, we recommend the following care tips:
- Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in water.
- Change the water every 2-3 days.
- Remove any wilted or dead flowers to prevent the spread of bacteria.
- Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and drafts.
- Flower food will be provided with all orders
